I started visiting Dr. Ayala's office in December 2025 for a face and neck evaluation, and I immediately realized I had come to the right place to begin the change I was looking for. The doctor has the necessary experience to evaluate you and make personalized recommendations based on your individual needs. I have followed all her instructions to the letter, undergoing CoolPeel, Sculptra, microneedling, and recently Morpheus treatments, and I have definitely seen significant, very subtle improvements that haven't changed my skin structure or made it look like I've had anything done. The quality and texture of my skin have simply improved, and I am confident that it will continue to improve as my collagen production continues. I go with the confidence that everything will be fine as long as I continue following her recommendations. Thank you for your patience and to the office staff for their attention and kindness.

*UPDATED REVIEW* Recently, I had an appointment with Dr. Ayala. The entire office staff was incredibly friendly and informative. Dr. Ayala performed a micro needling treatment and thoroughly educated me on post-treatment skincare. She recommended products that are more suitable for my skin type. Dr. Ayala also noticed that my acne breakouts appear to be hormonal and sent my pharmacy prescriptions for me to take. She not only addresses the surface issues but also takes care of the root cause of the problem. Of course I will be back for more care ✨ *Prevous review* I have done multiple treatments here at Golden Rose and each visit has been great! Love my results and the employees here. I’m in town for work on a somewhat longterm basis and needed to re-up on my masseter Botox badly! With one day notice I was able to book an appointment online which I really appreciate. Dr. Ayala carries all the non Botox neurotoxins which I appreciate for the cost savings. The office is super cute and she clearly pays great attention to detail.
