No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Time held for you cannot be offered to anyone else, so a missed appointment costs another patient a place. Please read the policy below before you book.

Letting Us Know

If your plans change, call or text (407) 335-4055 as early as you can. Early notice lets us offer your time to someone waiting, and it keeps the schedule open for your next visit.

Deposits

A $100 deposit is required to book. It is applied toward the total cost of your treatment or service. If a service costs less than $100, the deposit is its full price.

Consultation Fee

A consultation for an aesthetic treatment, such as Botox, fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, Morpheus8 or CoolPeel, has a $150 fee. If you go ahead with a treatment the same day, the fee is waived.

Late Cancellations and Missed Visits

Please let us know at least 48 hours ahead if you need to cancel or move a visit. A cancellation with less notice carries a $50 late-cancellation fee. A missed appointment, with no word from you, carries a $100 no-show fee.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive a few minutes early so your appointment can start on time. If you are running late, call or text us. Your treatment may need to be shortened, or moved to another day, so the patient after you is not kept waiting.

How to Cancel or Move a Visit

Call or text (407) 335-4055 during opening hours. We are open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, and Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
