Comencé a visitar la oficina de la Dra. Ayala desde diciembre 2025 para una evaluación de mi cara y cuello y de inmediato me di cuenta que había llegado al lugar indicado para comenzar el cambio que buscaba. La doctora cuenta con la experiencia necesaria para evaluarte y hacerte las recomendaciones personalizadas de acuerdo a tu situación individual. He seguido al pie de la letra todas sus indicaciones realizándome coolpeel, sculptra, microneedling y recientemente Morpheus y definitivamente he visto grandes avances muy sutiles pero que no me han cambiado la estructura ni parece que me hice algo. Simplemente ha mejorado la calidad de mi piel, la textura y confío plenamente en que continuará mejorando conforme continúe creando colágeno. Voy con la confianza de que todo va a estar bien siempre y cuando siga sus recomendaciones. Gracias por su paciencia y al personal de la oficina por sus atenciones y amabilidad

*UPDATED REVIEW* Recently, I had an appointment with Dr. Ayala. The entire office staff was incredibly friendly and informative. Dr. Ayala performed a micro needling treatment and thoroughly educated me on post-treatment skincare. She recommended products that are more suitable for my skin type. Dr. Ayala also noticed that my acne breakouts appear to be hormonal and sent my pharmacy prescriptions for me to take. She not only addresses the surface issues but also takes care of the root cause of the problem. Of course I will be back for more care ✨ *Prevous review* I have done multiple treatments here at Golden Rose and each visit has been great! Love my results and the employees here. Dr Ayala and her whole staff is simply amazing. They are kind, warm and love when we get to joke around. dr Ayala would never steer you in the wrong direction. It was my first time going to Golden Rose Wellness & Med Spa I was extremely excited. Dra. I’m in town for work on a somewhat longterm basis and needed to re-up on my masseter Botox badly! With one day notice I was able to book an appointment online which I really appreciate. Dr. Ayala carries all the non Botox neurotoxins which I appreciate for the cost savings. The office is super cute and she clearly pays great attention to detail.
