As Clinic Assistant Manager and Medical Assistant, Dorielys supports both the clinical flow and the patient experience. She brings a strong background as a foreign medical graduate, along with a Master of Management in Healthcare Management, giving her a valuable blend of clinical insight and operational leadership.
Her experience in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, and patient care coordination allows her to support patients with care, structure, and attention to detail.
For patients, Dorielys helps make the visit feel less overwhelming and more guided. She is part of the reason the Golden Rose experience feels thoughtful from the moment patients arrive.
She is deeply committed to creating an environment where patients feel respected, comfortable, and confident in their aesthetic and wellness goals.
Outside the clinic, Dorielys enjoys reading science fiction and dark romance, watching horror films, and exploring the imaginative world of Dungeons & Dragons. She is also a devoted dog mom to her Boston Terrier, Crixus, who is very much part of her family.

Maral (Marz) is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating Cum Laude. Marz has over a decade of clinical experience and a deep passion for health, wellness, beauty, and patient-centered care. She has developed a strong focus in aesthetic, anti-aging, and wellness medicine. Her extensive knowledge, paired with a commitment to continuous learning, allows her to seamlessly bridge medical science with aesthetic practice.
Her philosophy is also shaped by her academic background in Sociology and Psychology, which deepened her understanding of human behavior, self-perception, and the emotional and social factors that influence confidence and well-being. This perspective allows her to take a more holistic, patient-centered approach—recognizing that aesthetics is not only about physical enhancement, but also about identity, self-esteem, and overall quality of life. Marz is especially drawn to the connection between aesthetics and wellness, and believes that confidence, vitality, and healthy aging are closely intertwined.
