One session or a series

Why most plans are a series

Microneedling works by prompting your skin to rebuild collagen, and collagen builds slowly. A single session can leave your skin looking fresher for an event. Acne scars, enlarged-looking pores and fine lines usually respond to a series, with sessions spaced several weeks apart so each one builds on the last.

That is why the package of three exists. If your goal is texture or scarring, three planned sessions is a common starting point, and the package brings the cost per visit down. If you simply want to try the treatment first, a single session is a sensible way to see how your skin responds.

Dr. Vega plans the number of sessions around your skin, and she will tell you plainly if one visit is enough for what you want.

The exosome option

What exosomes add

Microneedling with exosomes is $500 per session. Exosomes are applied to the skin during the treatment, while the micro-channels are open, to support the skin as it recovers. Patients often choose this option when they want to get more from each visit or when recovery time matters to them.

It is an upgrade, and it is optional. Traditional microneedling on its own is a complete treatment. At your consultation Dr. Vega explains whether the exosome option is likely to make a real difference for your concern, so you only pay for it when it earns its place.

What changes the total

What moves your cost

How many sessions you need

Deeper acne scarring usually needs more sessions than early fine lines or dullness. The series length is the biggest driver of your total.

Traditional or with exosomes

The exosome option adds $125 per session over a single traditional session.

Single visits or the package

Paying for three sessions together costs $949, against $1,125 for three booked one at a time.

Maintenance

Once your main concern has improved, many patients return for an occasional session to hold the result. Dr. Vega maps this out with you so the yearly cost is clear.

Comparing clinics

Why prices differ between clinics

Microneedling prices vary with the device used, who performs the treatment, how much time is set aside, and what is applied to the skin during the session. A very low price can mean a shorter appointment or a shallower treatment that does less for scars.

At Golden Rose, treatment depth and spacing are set for your skin type and tone under the clinical lead of Dr. Kimberly Ayala Vega, DNP, APRN, FNP-C. If monthly payments would help, we offer Cherry financing, and the team can walk you through it at your visit.
