How it works
- Start with your initial weight loss consultation ($500). It includes a full lab panel drawn right here in our office, measuring more than 40 markers, so your plan is built on your actual numbers.
- Purchase your medication when you need it. Your vial is yours, and depending on your dose, one vial can last several months.
- Your membership covers everything in between: weekly visits with our nurse, and a monthly review with Dr. Ayala, who is personally watching your progress.

Is this only for GLP-1 medication?
No. Golden Rose offers both wellness-based and medical weight loss support. Some women start with nutrition, supplements, injections, and coaching. Before you begin
What's included in the weight loss program?
Depending on the package you choose, your program may include nutrition guidance, a supplement protocol, coaching emails, a workout calendar, wellness injections, follow-up care, labs, GLP-1 medication options, IV therapy, and aesthetic support.
Do I need semaglutide to join?
No. Not every package is built around semaglutide. Many women start with the Basic Weight Wellness Package, which focuses on nutrition, supplements, injections, coaching, and accountability.
Is tirzepatide available?
Tirzepatide may be added as an option when appropriate. During your consultation, your provider will discuss eligibility, cost, and whether it makes sense for your plan.
How long is the Basic Weight Wellness Package?
It’s a 12-week program that includes nutrition support, weekly coaching emails, private group access, weekly wellness and L-carnitine injections, Calocurb appetite support, and monthly follow-up.
Are labs included?
Labs are included in select packages. The Ultimate Golden package includes blood work once, and the Platinum Rose package also includes labs once.
Does the program include nutrition support?
Yes. Depending on the package, this may include an anti-inflammatory diet plan, a supplement protocol, a nutrition notebook, and coaching to help you stay consistent.
Can weight loss affect my face or skin?
It can. Some women notice changes in facial volume, skin firmness, or jawline and neck definition. Aesthetic options such as Morpheus8, Sculptra, CoolPeel, and neurotoxin can be discussed if they fit your goals.
How do I know which package is right for me?
